 There are manager responsibilities and there are owner responsibilities. Unfortunately, there are too many owners that find themselves unable to separate the two and spending too much time as a manager or worse yet, a salesperson. We will look at the responsbilities that an owner should take on; those that should be passed to subordinates; and look at how the owner can segment their ownership responsibilites into manageable tasks.
