 When you visit stores or see the owners and managers at a trade show or conference, there is a certain type of store that always stands out. It always grabs your attention. The reason is likely to be that this business seems to be doing everything right. And then there are those other businesses; some getting most of it right and others that are not doing anything right. All of these businesses will benefit from this presentation.
