With over 25 years of frontline experience Tom Shay is America's leading small business management expert. He's a "Must Have" for your next event.

How do most people learn how to sell? Someone simply tells them to, "wait on the customer" and to "suggest something to go along with what they asked for".

We also notice people practice their musical instruments and those participating in sports practice their skills as well. Yet, we are not hearing much about people practicing their sales skills.

This interactive session takes care of both concerns. We find people retain more, and enhance their skills when they practice their skills. Seven sales skills games are demonstrated with members of the audience. These are easy to take home and implement games which will make an immediate difference in how, and how much, your sales people are actually selling.
