During the pandemic every human experienced changes in their lives; how they work, how they spend their leisure time, and how they spend their money. If you look at your small business and see that it is operating exactly as it did before the pandemic, we have to ask why you have not taken advantage of the changes your customer has made. Whether you sell products or services; whether your business had sales that greatly increased because of the pandemic or were a business that struggled through the pandemic; there are opportunities for changes that will increase your bottom line.

If your business saw the pandemic as something that was like, "riding a wave", or if you feel that things "will be getting back to normal", you will want to see how other businesses are building from what has happened.
