Our July article on the Profits Plus website is entitled,

In addition to a great story about a very young business person named Johnny, the article talks about ways to create rewards for your staff as they increase sales for your business. I think you will find several neat ideas that you can use in your business.

Recently I ran across a great article that I think is of interest to readers of the e-retailer. The article is on a website entitled, "The Small Business Journal" and is entitled "9 tips to increase the odds of your success in a small business".
